Team Leader - BIM

Responsibilities

• Manage small to large-scale BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services using Revit MEP.
• Lead and develop BIM/CAD teams, focusing on staff engagement, training, and succession planning.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely submission of deliverables.
• Implement innovative BIM workflows and adopt new technologies to improve business efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact for UK business stakeholders and coordinate inputs across global regions.
• Assist in project estimation, costing, and scheduling based on client requirements.
• Ensure all work adheres to WSP India QA processes, document control, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 20+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with ACC and BIM 360 workflows.
• Professional qualifications such as EngTech, Ieng, or CEng.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and complex project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external clients.
