Team Leader Billing and Collection

Responsibilities

• Supervise billing and collection activities for Coface France to ensure compliance and quality
• Analyze key financial indicators including collections, payment delays, disputes, and doubtful debts
• Manage, animate, and train the team and new recruits
• Set and monitor individual and collective objectives
• Handle administrative team management including scheduling, absenteeism, and leave
• Participate in client committee preparations and continuous improvement actions
• Provide field assistance for complex task processing

Requirements

• University degree in insurance, finance, economics, or a related field
• Managerial experience in team management
• Experience in credit insurance or business insurance is a plus
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
