Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and demonstrate strong team spirit and a positive attitude
• Assist the Manager in day-to-day shop operations and act as deputy in their absence
• Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary
• Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results
• Ensure product availability and manage stock control through correct ordering
• Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure product excellence
• Maintain Benugo service standards and commitment to customer service excellence

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Experience in operational management and stock control
• Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and peers
