Team Leader Auto Electrician

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of mechanics, driving high-quality work, safety, and performance
• Manage fleet maintenance and servicing schedules for all vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Perform hands-on diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs on electrical systems, including themed vehicles and parade floats
• Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues to minimise operational downtime
• Maintain accurate service records and coordinate parts, materials, and external providers

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Automotive Electrical Technology (Auto Electrician)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to develop a small team
• Current driver's license (MR license is desirable)
• Solid understanding of fleet maintenance and servicing programs
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
• Experience with maintenance systems such as SAP or Mobaro is desirable
