Team Leader-AR

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RCM specialists
• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes including billing, coding, and denial management
• Track team performance metrics and implement efficiency strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, and payer-specific guidelines
• Prepare regular reports on revenue trends and process improvements
• Drive initiatives for process optimization and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in RCM software, EHR, and medical billing systems
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Deep understanding of CMS, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Insurance guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
