About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the AMX Epping store team to drive sales, wages, and KPI targets
- Ensure operational standards are maintained to a high level
- Manage staff training to ensure team members meet performance expectations
- Oversee rostering and stock integrity to minimize loss
- Drive merchandising excellence to enhance the customer experience
- Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-centric team culture
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and business performance metrics
- Experience with staff training, rostering, and stock management
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A passion for motorcycles is highly regarded
