About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the overall performance of the branch/point office
  • Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to company goals
  • Lead staff development, performance monitoring, and conflict management
  • Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
  • Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on credit ratings and partner eligibility
  • Maintain optimal branch repayment rates
  • Manage field operational strategies including expansion and partner assistance
  • Oversee branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system experience preferred)
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
  • Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
  • Willingness to be placed throughout the Tanggamus Regional working area
