Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the quality and quantity of the portfolio according to company goals
• Ensure staff performance through capacity development, work monitoring, and conflict management
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs to maintain satisfaction
• Responsible for evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications based on credit rating and partner eligibility
• Ensure optimal branch repayment rates
• Manage field operational strategies including expansion, financing, and partner assistance
• Oversee branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system experience preferred)
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be placed throughout Amartha's working areas in the Lampung Region
