About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Point/Branch Office to ensure portfolio quality and quantity meet company goals
- Oversee staff performance through capacity development planning, workflow monitoring, and conflict management
- Ensure recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes follow SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction
- Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility
- Optimize branch repayment rates
- Manage and strategize field operational processes including expansion, financing, recruitment, and partner assistance
- Oversee all branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system experience preferred)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willingness to be placed throughout the Kuantan Sangingi Regional work area
