Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor branch/point office operations to ensure all KPIs are met
• Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to company goals
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
• Manage branch administration, licensing, infrastructure, and inventory
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
• Manage human resources, including training, performance monitoring, and conflict management
• Execute expansion strategies and maintain portfolio quality according to audit expectations
• Enforce principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading at least 2 branches
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Area Manager
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to travel throughout the Batang area
• High discipline, integrity, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with a high willingness to learn
• Adaptable and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
