Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Point/Branch Office to ensure portfolio quality and quantity meet company goals
• Oversee staff performance through capacity development planning, workflow monitoring, and conflict management
• Ensure recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes follow SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction
• Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility
• Maintain optimal branch repayment rates
• Manage and strategize field operational processes including expansion, financing, recruitment, and partner assistance
• Oversee all branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system experience preferred)
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be placed throughout Amartha's working areas in the Lampung Region
• High discipline, integrity, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
