About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
- Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
- Oversee the successful expansion of designated Amartha management areas
- Maintain portfolio quality in line with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
- Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
- Experience in branch management
- Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance preferred)
- Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
- Possession of a private vehicle and a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C)
- Willingness to be stationed throughout the entire Riau working area
