Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
• Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
• Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
• Manage branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity
• Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma education
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
• Experience leading more than 5-10 team members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System experience preferred)
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be stationed throughout the Prabumulih region
