About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
- Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
- Oversee the successful expansion of designated Amartha management areas
- Maintain portfolio quality in alignment with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
- Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
- Experience in branch management
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance experience preferred)
- Ability to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willingness to be stationed in Amartha's working area in Kusan Hilir
