About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team in a similar financial or banking institution
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willingness to be stationed in Megamendung
- High discipline, integrity, and transparency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
- Adaptable to change and target-oriented
- Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
