Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
• Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
• Oversee the successful expansion of designated Amartha management areas
• Maintain portfolio quality in alignment with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
• Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
• Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK education
• Experience in branch management and leadership
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance preferred)
• Ability to formulate Sales & Marketing strategies
• Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be stationed in Amartha's Sumbawa working areas (MOYO HILIR and TALIWANG)
