About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
  • Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
  • Oversee the successful expansion of designated management areas
  • Maintain portfolio quality in line with company goals and meet branch audit expectations
  • Enforce principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) education
  • Experience in branch management
  • Experience leading a team
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system preferred)
  • Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
  • Possession of a private vehicle
  • Willingness to be stationed in Lombok Barat and Mataram areas
