About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
- Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
- Oversee the successful expansion of designated management areas
- Maintain portfolio quality in line with company goals and meet branch audit expectations
- Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) education
- Experience in branch management
- Experience leading a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system preferred)
- Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
- Possession of a private vehicle
- Willingness to be stationed in Lombok Barat and Mataram areas
