Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assemblers to ensure daily production goals are met with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Utilize TWI Job Instruction and Job Relations methodology to train and develop the team.
• Create and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure conformance and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Drive daily performance and weekly improvement meetings within the cell.
• Participate in the Problem Resolution Process to determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Perform incoming material inspections and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and investigate claims.
• Run daily shift startup meetings and serve as a liaison between the cell and support functions.

Requirements

• Experience leading an assembler team in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction methodology.
• Experience with SOP creation and auditing.
• Strong understanding of problem resolution processes and root cause analysis.
• Experience performing material inspections.
