Team Leader Aircraft Cabin

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate interventions related to non-conformities detected in aircraft cabins
• Verify equipment security and organize interventions in compliance with safety instructions
• Control the conformity of completed work and propose improvements to operating methods
• Lead and animate a team of technicians, ensuring the transmission of best practices
• Organize tasks based on priorities to guarantee efficient interventions
• Enforce safety rules and quality requirements while participating in continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• Technical diploma in the aeronautical or industrial field
• Proven experience in team supervision within a technical environment
• Mastery of production processes and aeronautical quality standards
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• High level of rigor, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills
