Team Leader Afternoon Shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work processes with other Team Leaders and Area Managers
• Manage assigned personnel and plan tasks within the designated work zone
• Control plant operations to ensure compliance with production parameters
• Distribute and manage resources based on current workload
• Detect and communicate mechanical, system, or personnel incidents
• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations
• Supervise workplace cleanliness and order by promoting 5S culture
• Implement and foster Lean methodology
• Lead, motivate, and ensure the training and versatility of the team
• Resolve problems by analyzing information and evaluating results

Requirements

• Training in logistics and people management
• Proven experience managing teams in a logistics environment
• Experience working with Lean methodology
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically Excel and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Blue Yonder
