Team Leader Aéronautique

Responsibilities

• Manage, animate, and coordinate a team of designers on one or more projects
• Plan tasks, monitor workload, and support team skill development
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client
• Supervise and guide design choices to ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements
• Ensure the quality, compliance, and timely delivery of project deliverables
• Manage technical, planning, and resource reporting

Requirements

• Higher education degree with a focus on mechanical and/or aeronautical engineering
• At least 6 years of significant experience in the aeronautical sector
• Confirmed expertise in primary aeronautical structure design (metallic and/or composite)
• Previous successful experience as a group leader, project manager, or technical leader of a small team
• Proficiency in CATIA V5
• Technical English proficiency
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Rigor and ability to manage planning and resource indicators
