Team Leader Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the Accounting Manager, leading a small team of three employees
• Manage accounts receivable, including collections, matching, and analyzing doubtful debts
• Oversee accounts payable, including invoicing, payments, and portfolio analysis
• Guarantee monthly accounting closings by J+2 and analyze FNP via dashboards
• Manage client accounts, specific business activities, and DAS2
• Work within a global environment using the Workday tool for French and international group entities

Requirements

• Higher education degree (BTS or DCG)
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of accounting imputations and billing rules
• Proficiency with IT tools and accounting software
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a complex, international environment
• Familiarity with Workday or similar ERP systems
