Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements by achieving daily availability, performance, and quality goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs to ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
• Evaluate production priorities, set up the production line, and execute plans to achieve targets.
• Perform timely changeovers, optimize workflows, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Record and track safety, performance, and quality data, including hourly trackers and yield reports.
• Manage non-conforming material (NCM) through containment, segregation, and scrap transactions.
• Assign and utilize staff effectively based on their training, skills, and experience.
• Train operators to help meet quality and production standards and improve line performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical maintenance proficiency and Industrial Maintenance Level 1.
• In-depth knowledge of assembly line processes and machinery.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to direct team assignments.
• Strong understanding of production, quality, and safety metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• English language competency.
• Understanding of Lean practices and quality management standards.
