Team Lead – Warehouse Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management, and 3PL coordination
• Ensure 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C orders and 100% fulfilment for marketplace orders (Amazon & Nykaa)
• Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless shipment pickups and dispatches
• Plan workforce allocation and lead warehouse teams to maximize productivity
• Manage returns efficiently through effective QC checks and improved claim approval rates
• Drive process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics across fulfilment, returns, inbound operations, and inventory

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in E-commerce Fulfilment
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management
• Experience in 3PL/vendor coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel
• Strong team handling and leadership capabilities
• Exposure to marketplace operations such as Amazon and Nykaa is preferred
