About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve portfolio targets including GMV growth and vendor satisfaction
- Monitor team performance and pipeline activities through regular reporting to drive operational efficiency
- Act as an escalation point and advisor for complex partner situations to resolve critical issues
- Drive adoption of self-serve capabilities by ensuring the team educates partners on the Vendor Portal and Partner App
- Ensure team alignment with commercial priorities, playbooks, and engagement cadences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Commercial, and Logistics to improve the partner experience
Requirements
- University degree
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Team Leadership in a high-performance environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor high-performing teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
