Team Lead - Trade & Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage four specialized analytics teams within the Trade & Revenue function, providing direct supervision, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Drive operational excellence in commercial reporting, revenue intelligence, and data governance to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the Tender Management Ecosystem (TME), ensuring data quality, pipeline validation, and accurate outcome tracking.
• Implement process improvements across GtN analytics, commercial conditions tracking, and partner market reporting.
• Develop and maintain complex data systems and dashboards using Power BI to track gross-to-net conversions and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Finance, Market Access, and Brand teams, to ensure data solutions meet business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, GxP, SOX, and cybersecurity compliance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience in commercial analytics.
• Proven people management experience, specifically leading teams or functions across multiple workstreams.
• Deep expertise in Gross-to-Net (GtN) analytics, tender management, and trade/revenue operations.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Power BI for developing complex dashboards and reports.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in VBA.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional analytical tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, or Dataiku.
• Knowledge of statistical or programming languages like Python or SPSS.
• Experience working within an international matrix environment and managing cross-regional data operations.
