Team Lead, Trade Operations

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze multiple business areas per SLAs
• Ensure all business area SLAs and quality expectations are met
• Escalate and resolve business area issues
• Oversee 6-8 analyst level resources
• Maintain and enhance team knowledge within business areas
• Ensure team compliance with company and department processes
• Assist analysts with validation and troubleshooting system issues
• Support onboarding and training of team members
• Provide status updates, reporting, and analysis
• Support system testing and ad hoc projects

Requirements

• At least seven years of progressive experience as a Senior Analyst/Supervisor or similar role
• Experience managing teams and supporting business applications
• Experience with Chargebacks, DSA, GPO Rebate/Fees, or Medicaid Rebates
• Knowledge of Membership management, Formulary Validation, or Government Pricing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ICyte
• Experience with Model N (Flex) or Model N (Powered by N)
