Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist management in executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives
• Deliver a "Legendary Customer Experience" by greeting customers and recommending product solutions
• Supervise store staff, assess store conditions, and assign daily duties
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits
• Execute merchandising activities, including seasonal displays and price changes
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
• Operate store equipment such as forklifts, balers, pallet jacks, and point-of-sale systems
• Manage inventory through freight processes and merchandise recovery

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and counting accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory experience
• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
