Team Lead - Tank and Canopy

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams in the Tank and Canopy area
• Drive SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and Lean responsiveness
• Conduct daily huddle meetings focused on area performance
• Implement and sustain standard work procedures, visual boards, and 6S controls
• Analyze and resolve work problems using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) process
• Coordinate material scheduling and kitting to prevent production shortages
• Maintain efficiency levels at 90% or better
• Prepare and execute daily start-up plans and maintain cross-functional training matrices

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Over 3 years of related manufacturing experience
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of AS400 software or similar systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct manufacturing leadership experience
• Prior experience using AS400 software
