Team Lead - System Engineering

Responsibilities

• Recruit new team members and hold personnel responsibility for the team
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with personnel management and business growth
• Manage and support career development for team members
• Contribute to technical solutions and sales activities for new projects
• Work on technical customer proposals
• Participate in technical delivery and assignments for clients

Requirements

• University degree in electronics, data, product development, electrical/mechatronics, or a related field
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Previous experience as a System Engineer, System Leader, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Lead, or Technical Lead
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
