Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of car wash staff to achieve operational goals
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality standards
• Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to team members
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve operational challenges promptly
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Collaborate with management to align team efforts with company objectives

Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in car wash, retail, or site management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS equipment
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to remain on feet for extended periods in various weather conditions
