Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals
• Actively engage with customers to promote wash packages and subscriptions
• Support the General Manager in achieving budget, revenue, and performance targets
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and high standards
• Track performance and provide real-time coaching
• Maintain inventory and resolve operational or customer issues
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on results and accountability

Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in sales-driven environments
• Proven ability to coach teams to sell
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Basic computer and POS system experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
