Responsibilities

• Oversee global ERP system optimization, reliability, and compliance
• Lead global ERP deployment and S4 Hana implementation/upgrades
• Manage integration of new modules and ensure successful adoption through testing and training
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and automation
• Develop training programs and provide support across global locations
• Ensure ERP system compliance with regulations and security policies
• Configure the system for accurate financial and operational reporting
• Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing team members
• Transform corporate goals into actionable business plans and monitor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• 6 to 10 years of professional work experience
• Expertise in Applications System Analysis and Design
• Experience in Enterprise Modeling and Monitoring
• Proficiency in Strategic Enterprise Management (SEM)
• Experience with ERP systems (specifically S4 Hana)
