Team Lead Structural Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 to 10 employees both technically and disciplinarily
• Support the professional execution of sustainable projects related to the ATP Green Deal
• Ensure integral planning understanding within the team
• Manage project quality assurance and economic success
• Ensure continuous implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the structural engineering planning process
• Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Recruit, train, and develop new employees
• Collaborate across departments and locations within the ATP network

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/ETH) with advanced knowledge in structural engineering
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in structural engineering across all performance phases of medium to large projects
• Familiarity with SIA standards for relevant construction materials
• Proficiency in structural engineering and BIM planning software
• Strong communication skills with good German language proficiency (English is an advantage)
• Analytical thinking and a proactive, independent working style
