Team Lead, Strategy and Execution

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying and resolving complex strategic issues
• Evaluate potential target attractiveness, turnaround opportunities, and cost reduction through operational improvements
• Define business problems and develop comprehensive action plans for executives and private equity firms
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout project execution
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including data collection, interviews, and surveys
• Develop work plans involving both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Present strategic "stories" and solutions through high-quality written documents and presentations
• Foster an inclusive team culture and support internal practice development and recruitment initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business (Master's, MBA, or PhD is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy leadership, or private equity
• Proficiency in Excel for advanced modeling and Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
• Fluency in both French and English is required for national and global client interactions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and deductive reasoning skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
