About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT support team to provide high-quality service to the client
- Coordinate work teams and ensure immediate solutions for users
- Maintain a high degree of responsibility and commitment to the end user
- Focus on results and metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering or related field (Titulado)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or coordinating work teams
- At least 2 years of experience in on-site user support
- Knowledge of ITIL, Windows, and Mac OS
- Experience with DELL & HP hardware structures
- Proficiency with remote assistance tools (Teamviewer & others)
- Knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTPS)
- Experience with Office 365 and mobile devices (Apple & Android)
- Experience with printing systems (Kyocera, HP, Sharp, EPSON)
- Ability to use ticketing tools
