About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT support team to provide high-quality service to the client
  • Coordinate work teams and ensure immediate solutions for users
  • Maintain a high degree of responsibility and commitment to the end user
  • Focus on results and metrics

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Engineering or related field (Titulado)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or coordinating work teams
  • At least 2 years of experience in on-site user support
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Windows, and Mac OS
  • Experience with DELL & HP hardware structures
  • Proficiency with remote assistance tools (Teamviewer & others)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTPS)
  • Experience with Office 365 and mobile devices (Apple & Android)
  • Experience with printing systems (Kyocera, HP, Sharp, EPSON)
  • Ability to use ticketing tools
