Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 sales executives to achieve loan disbursement and business targets
• Drive sales of secured loan products including Home Loan, MSME Loan, and LAP through direct sourcing and field sales
• Conduct joint field visits with team members to improve productivity and conversion
• Ensure proper lead generation, pipeline management, and timely closure of cases
• Guide, mentor, and train team members for skill development and performance improvement
• Monitor sales activities, track daily performance, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local market influencers
• Maintain compliance with credit, policy, and regulatory guidelines
• Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in team handling with proven performance in B2C field sales
• Experience managing a team of 8–10 sales resources
• Strong exposure to Secured Loans (Home Loan, MSME Loan, Loan Against Property)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of local markets, customer segments, and sales channels
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
