About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets
  • Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Own and drive pipeline generation targets to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture focused on cold-calling
  • Act as a player-coach by performing direct prospecting and customer-facing conversations
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment on ICP
  • Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools and automations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams
  • C2 proficiency in English
  • C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French
  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient mindset
