About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for the English, Italian, French, and German markets
- Coach and mentor the team through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and professional development
- Own and drive pipeline generation targets to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
- Cultivate a high-performance outbound culture focused on cold-calling
- Act as a player-coach by performing direct prospecting and customer-facing conversations
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment on ICP
- Identify process improvements and work with Revenue Operations to implement tools and automations
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- 1–2 years of leadership experience managing sales teams
- C2 proficiency in English
- C2 proficiency in German, Italian, or French
- Proactive, flexible, and resilient mindset
