About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals
  • Manage day-to-day team activities, including task delegation and monitoring progress
  • Perform key holder duties such as opening/closing procedures and cash handling
  • Assist in all store departments including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
  • Act as a brand ambassador for HEYDUDE product launches and initiatives
  • Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30+ pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise
