About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model
- Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals
- Manage day-to-day team activities, including task delegation and monitoring progress
- Perform key holder duties such as opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Assist in all store departments including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
- Act as a brand ambassador for HEYDUDE product launches and initiatives
- Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Previous store leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise
