About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
  • Manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks and monitoring progress
  • Handle key holder responsibilities including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
  • Assist in all store departments including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and compliance

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2-3 years of retail experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a store leadership role
