About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Manage day-to-day team activities, including delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Execute key holder responsibilities such as store opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and compliance
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and perform physical tasks like climbing ladders or moving merchandise
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail store leadership role
