Team Lead, Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities, including delegating tasks and monitoring progress
• Perform key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Assist in all store departments including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection and inventory control

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience
• Prior store leadership experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb and descend ladders
