Team Lead Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute winning sales strategies for the Dubai market.
• Identify and prioritize high-demand restaurant categories and must-have brands to close inventory gaps.
• Drive pipeline management and lead key negotiations to close high-value deals.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and account management to ensure successful partner onboarding and retention.
• Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to identify supply gaps and market opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing sales teams with a proven track record in direct sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performance cultures and unified team visions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel and Salesforce.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with the demographic and geographic landscape of Dubai.
• Excellent reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the food delivery or technology sectors.
