About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Sales Account Managers and Hunters to achieve area targets
- Set monthly targets, monitor performance, and coach the team on sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling
- Track sales activity, payments, account reviews, and agency data to identify growth opportunities
- Hire and allocate agencies to the right team members based on area needs
- Gather customer, market, and competitor insights and share feedback with internal teams
- Drive customer base growth through effective team management and strong execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi market
- Proven ability to handle objections and manage challenging sales scenarios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
