About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Sales Account Managers and Hunters to achieve area targets
  • Set monthly targets, monitor performance, and coach the team on sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Track sales activity, payments, account reviews, and agency data to identify growth opportunities
  • Hire and allocate agencies to the right team members based on area needs
  • Gather customer, market, and competitor insights and share feedback with internal teams
  • Drive customer base growth through effective team management and strong execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid UAE driving licence
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi market
  • Proven ability to handle objections and manage challenging sales scenarios
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
