Team Lead - Sales

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of Sales Account Managers and Hunters to achieve area targets
• Set monthly targets for new business and existing account management
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching on sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling
• Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews
• Assist in the hiring process to build a high-performing sales team
• Collect and channel customer feedback and market research to marketing, operations, and tech teams
• Analyze agency data to identify growth opportunities and determine recruitment needs
• Stay updated on competitor products, packages, and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Valid UAE driver's licence
• Strong knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi market
• Expert level of objection handling and competence in challenging sales scenarios
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, proactive environment
