About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the Spanish market through daily involvement and real-time feedback.
  • Drive team performance by owning team-level KPIs, monitoring pipeline health, and ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Support the team in complex negotiations, objection handling, and deal strategy by joining calls and stepping into key deals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to drive expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Managers to execute growth strategies and share best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Native-level Spanish and proficiency in English.
  • Strong soft skills, including resilience, empathy, and the ability to manage team dynamics.
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Account Executive or a strong individual contributor looking to transition into leadership.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales or prospecting (SDR/Hunter background).
  • Experience helping to build or scale a business unit or sales team.
