About the role
Responsibilities
- Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs
- Assist with day-to-day operations including cash management and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation
- Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and feedback
- Promote effective communication with the Store Manager
- Model a customer-first mindset and resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- 6+ months of retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of store operations, POS, ERP, and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
