Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs
• Assist with day-to-day operations including cash management and scheduling
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and feedback
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager
• Model a customer-first mindset and resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• 6+ months of retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of store operations, POS, ERP, and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
