About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and optimization of the Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration suite in line with roadmaps and standards
  • Ensure collaboration platforms are configured according to governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Coordinate work across technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective communication outcomes
  • Establish and maintain success metrics, adoption targets, and feedback loops
  • Support the introduction and adoption of Microsoft 365 capabilities using change management methodologies like Prosci
  • Embed structured ITSM processes aligned to ITIL to ensure operational consistency and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration suite in a delivery or support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender capabilities
  • Proven experience working with stakeholders and team members to deliver practical technology outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional certifications in Microsoft 365 or collaboration platforms
  • Certifications in IT service delivery
