Team Lead Product Support

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to a team of 8 employees in the product and portfolio management area
• Ensure service quality by defining and monitoring KPIs such as resolution times and escalation rates
• Drive technological and cultural transformation toward a data-driven, AI-supported competence center
• Manage interfaces between product managers, technical implementation, internal service units, and external partners
• Oversee knowledge management and the development of a central knowledge database
• Act as the point of contact for critical customer escalations and coordinate resolution measures
• Coordinate testing for new products and services, including system tests and PoCs

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building automation and/or security technology
• Experience in a technical or customer-facing environment, ideally in technical product support
• Expertise with state-of-the-art technologies for digital and efficient support management
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills with strong customer orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English
